Services

Six programs, every deliverable spelled out.

Each program below is a defined package with a session count, a written plan, and flat pricing. Grooming products and veterinary costs are always billed separately at cost.

01 / Consulting

Breed Selection & Puppy Placement Guidance

An honest, breed-specific walkthrough before a Pomeranian ever comes home — so the match, the timing, and the household are right.

  • Breeder vetting checklist and red-flag review
  • Health screening and pedigree documentation review
  • Temperament and household compatibility assessment
  • Contract, guarantee, and deposit term explanation
  • Home preparation and supply list tailored to toy breeds

From $125 per session

02 / Coat Care

Coat, Grooming & Double-Coat Management

The Pomeranian double coat is the single most misunderstood part of the breed. These sessions protect it for life.

  • Full grooming: bath, blow-out, line brushing, sanitary trim
  • Puppy uglies transition coaching (4–10 months)
  • Shave-down risk education and alopecia X awareness
  • At-home brushing technique training for owners
  • Seasonal blow-out and de-shedding programs

From $95 per visit

03 / Behavior

Training & Behavior Coaching

Small dog, real training. Structured programs that address the habits Pomeranians are prone to before they set.

  • Crate, potty, and schedule foundations
  • Barking, alert-reactivity, and doorbell desensitization
  • Leash manners and safe harness fitting for tracheal health
  • Socialization plans that respect a five-pound frame
  • Separation-anxiety prevention and independence building

From $150 per package

04 / Wellness

Health, Nutrition & Lifelong Wellness

Breed-aware wellness planning built around the conditions Pomeranians actually face.

  • Portion and nutrition plans for toy-breed metabolism
  • Hypoglycemia prevention for puppies under six months
  • Dental care routine and tartar management
  • Luxating patella and collapsing trachea awareness
  • Veterinary question sheets and appointment prep

From $110 per plan

05 / Show & Travel

Show Prep & Travel Readiness

For owners taking their Pomeranian into the ring — or across the country.

  • Conformation grooming and ring presentation coaching
  • Show-entry paperwork and registry guidance
  • Airline carrier selection and in-cabin travel prep
  • Health certificate and documentation checklists
  • Boarding, sitter, and handler vetting

Scoped from $250

06 / Ongoing

Owner Support Membership

Continuous access for families who want an expert on call instead of a search engine.

  • Unlimited message support with 24-hour response
  • Monthly video check-in and coat assessment
  • Seasonal care reminders and grooming calendar
  • Priority booking on grooming and training sessions
  • Emergency triage guidance (non-veterinary)

$45 / month

About Paula

A specialist, not a generalist.

Paula Ramsey has spent her career with a single breed. That focus means she knows the Pomeranian coat cycle, the toy-breed health risks, and the behavior patterns that generalist groomers and trainers routinely miss. Her clients are first-time owners, rescue adopters, breeders, and show families who want breed-specific answers instead of general dog advice.

Paula provides care, grooming, training, and education services. She is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

  • First-time Pomeranian owners preparing for a puppy
  • Rescue and rehoming adopters starting from scratch
  • Owners recovering a damaged or shaved-down coat
  • Families managing barking, anxiety, or leash issues
  • Show homes preparing for conformation events
  • Senior Pomeranians needing gentler care routines
